The contract for the construction of a guesthouse with 10 beds was issued by Elsa and
Hermann Schrempf. After 2 years of construction and the first central heating system
in Rohrmoos, the first step for tourism industry was done.
In the basement a wine bar was built, which was almost two decades a meeting
place for the whole region. Then they set up in these rooms a sauna with rest
room and leisure facilities.
Hildegard Schrempf - daughter of the house - took the lead and started the new era
with the Appartement Pension Dachsteinblick.
The guesthouse has been remodeled and expanded and now 7 apartments
and 4 double rooms offers space for 50 guests.
there was a general renovation and in this context, the four double rooms converted
into three apartments with panoramic views.
Stephanie Schrempf - daughter of Heinz and Hildegard - takes over the fortunes
of "Appartment Dachsteinblick". Innovations are already being planned.
This year, a passenger elevator is grown from the earth up into the attic.
In the next few years, the exterior facade getting renovated and the front yard is
transformed into an "oasis of peace".
